Brian and the staff did a great job with my house. He knew how to price and sell my home that needed some TLC, it was on the market for 4 days and had eight offers all at or above asking. They helped me through the waiting process to closing since I had a tenant who required the 90 days permitted to relocate. Has a great knowledge of the Albany market.

Since 2002, Brian has helped our family buy and sell 3 houses. For our first purchase, Brian took the time to show us a variety of houses to help us figure out exactly what house suited us best at the time. For all three purchases, Brian was there every step of the way from offer to closing. He was on top of things whenever anything came up in the buying process. When listing our houses, Brian helped us find a price that would get our house sold in a reasonable amount of time. Brian did our family a great service. A family member had a property that had not been maintained. We thought it would be difficult to sell. But Brian advised on the asking price and how to market the property. His experience and great advice resulted in the sale gong through quickly at a much higher price than we had ever hoped for. And after the offer was accepted, Brian continued to work with us to make sure the closing was completed correctly and quickly. In July 2023, Brian assisted me with buying my home in a market that was buyer aggressive and lacked inventory. He helped with the bid submitted and he was instrumental in sealing the deal by assuring the seller that I was a serious buyer and would follow through with the sale. Everything worked out. Two years ago, Brain helped us found our current home. It was in middle of pandemic and bad housing market. Brain is so informative and was able to find houses that meet our needs. It is like digging out gems from desert. Plus we got it lower than the price listed. What we appreciate the most is his empathy. Brain always keep our needs and value in mind. We were looking for something in good school districts and a place for our child to grow up. When Brain was showing us around, he helped analysis how the neighborhood traffic will influence the baby's safety. We are happily leaving here for more than a year and half. Brian pulls out all of the stops when marketing his listings. He also attempts to accommodate his customers regarding the manner in which the house is shown. He takes the time to understand what is needed versus what you want and tries to find a workable solution. Even when I was in complete disagreement with his marketing strategy he respected my opinion enough to follow through although he did try a few more times to get his view across. We interviewed multiple agents before hiring Brian and what tipped the scales in his favor was his experience, he had an extensive portfolio that gave us the confidence to move forward with him. In the end I am happy that we went with him, he got our home sold within the the exclusive contract period. His negation skills were great and his advice helped us navigate the terms for a successful sale. There were a few bumps along the way but he never wavered and stayed focus on making the sale. In the end I am happy that we went with his team and I am satisfied with the job done.
