Excellent all around

Brian is professional, knowledgeable about the real estate market.. He was always available to answer questions we had about selling our home and make the best decision. A friendly and funny guy. We sold our home within two days and Brian made the closing very stress free.

Brian pulls out all of the stops when marketing his listings. He also attempts to accommodate his customers regarding the manner in which the house is shown. He takes the time to understand what is needed versus what you want and tries to find a workable solution. Even when I was in complete disagreement with his marketing strategy he respected my opinion enough to follow through although he did try a few more times to get his view across. We interviewed multiple agents before hiring Brian and what tipped the scales in his favor was his experience, he had an extensive portfolio that gave us the confidence to move forward with him. In the end I am happy that we went with him, he got our home sold within the the exclusive contract period. His negation skills were great and his advice helped us navigate the terms for a successful sale. There were a few bumps along the way but he never wavered and stayed focus on making the sale. In the end I am happy that we went with his team and I am satisfied with the job done.

Brian worked tirelessly to sell a home for me. This home was an estate sale which had issues that thwarted an easy sell! I woke up one day and decided it was time to move out of the apartment my wife and i were renting and that it was time to buy a house. I expressed interest in a property Brian was representing, and he set up a meeting. I was given an information packet and left the meeting feeling like i was in good hands. When we finally made our decision, Brian helped us every step of the way, and put us in touch with others who also made us feel comfortable with the process.
